The Korean government introduced the Mobility Innovation Roadmap in September 2022, aiming to establish a nationwide MaaS system that connects public transportation, personal mobility, ride-sharing, rental vehicles, and taxis under a unified interface. Several pilot programs have been launched by local governments (e.g., Incheon, Bucheon, Gangneung) and private enterprises to test the feasibility of user-tailored services through MaaS.
STraffic has secured a contract for the K-MaaS (Korea Mobility-as-a-Service) project, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at integrating various transportation modes into a seamless mobility platform. Scope of Work
